What are the shipping costs?

The program itself calculates the delivery costs. The amount depends on the value of the order and delivery is free from €80.

What is the delivery time?

When we received your order, your products will leave our warehouse within 24 hours if they are in stock. In case your ordered products are out of stock, you will be notified immediately. We don’t ship during the weekends, and orders received on friday after 10:00GMT will be shipped on monday.

Your orders are delivered with the standard parcel service of POSTNL or DHL. Currently no express services are offered. The estimated transit time after the product has been shipped is dependent on your location:

Belgium 1 to 2 days
United Kingdom 2 days
Germany 2 to 3 days
Scandinavia 3 to 6 days
France 4 to 7 days
Spain 7 to 8 days

Intercontinental shipments:

Repusel does deliver outside Europe. Be reminded that the transit time can take up to 2 or 3 weeks before arrival of your package. The cost of delivery do not cover local customs, taxes etc.

What will happen when my product is not in stock?

When it happens that your ordered product is temporarily out of stock, you will get notified by email. Next you can choose between removing the product form your order (to get a refund), to substitute it for another one, or to place it on hold till the product is available again. However, we attempt to minimize backorders and the time to deliver your order.
